hello

I’m a qualified psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP, based in Lytham St Annes.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel accepted as you are.

about me

My work is person-centred, meaning we go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. I believe therapy is about being seen and heard for who you truly are.

My path here was shaped by both professional study and lived experience—I understand first hand the complexities of narcissistic abuse, neurodiversity (ADHD and dyslexia), and the quiet weight of chronic illness. These aren't just clinical terms to me; they are journeys I’ve navigated myself.

With a Master’s in Psychology and Counselling, my approach is grounded in empathy and a deep respect for your unique story. My background is quite diverse: I’ve explored meaning through a degree in Theology and Philosophy, and honed the art of listening as a BBC journalist. I also spent 15 years in Switzerland before returning home to my Lancashire roots, which gave me a profound appreciation for what it means to ‘belong.’

You’ll notice my photography throughout this site. As an artist whose work on mental health has been exhibited at the Royal Academy, I use my creative eye to help clients shift their focus and find beauty in the 'real.' My goal is to offer you a warm, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to navigate life’s invisible struggles alone.
